Feel Stronger. Breathe Deeper. Move With Intention. I’m Here To Guide You.
About
I’ve always loved movement, just not in the traditional “athlete” way. I didn’t grow up playing sports and I only danced for a short time. But I found yoga over 20 years ago, and it’s been my foundation ever since. Yoga taught me how to be in my body, breathe through stress, quiet my mind, and feel present in my everyday life.
My practice has carried me through transitions, challenges, and the everyday stress of real life. It’s made me stronger and more resilient, and it’s helped me build patience, presence, and compassion along the way.
I teach from that place. I want to help you get stronger and more flexible in a way that feels supportive and smart for your body. I want to help you move with intention, breathe deeper, and feel more present in your own life.
I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and am currently continuing my education with a 300-hour SmartFlow training under my main teacher, Annie Carpenter. My training includes CorePower Yoga and Wanderlust Hollywood, studying with teachers I deeply respect such as Schuyler Grant, Noah Maze, Janet Stone, Clio Manuelian, Matt Phippen, and others.
I am also a mom to two teenage boys, which means life is full, busy, and always moving. Between sports, school involvement, and planning team events and fundraisers, I’m really embracing this season and enjoying every moment of watching them grow into who they’re becoming.
Outside of yoga, I lift weights, hike, and move regularly because movement keeps me grounded and connected.
I’d love to practice with you. Let’s build strength, find stillness, and start right where you are.

“I’ve been practicing yoga with Eileen since 2015, and I can honestly say she is one of the most impactful instructors I’ve ever had. Over the years, I’ve followed her from studio to studio because once you experience her classes, it’s hard to settle for anything less.
Eileen’s workouts are the perfect combination of intensity and intention. Her flows are thoughtfully crafted to target all the areas that need attention, and somehow, they always give me exactly what I need. Whether it’s strength, release, or grounding, she has a unique ability to challenge you while making you feel deeply supported.
Now that Eileen is offering one-on-one sessions, I couldn’t be more excited. Her guidance is intuitive, personalized, and deeply effective. If you have the opportunity to work with her directly, don’t hesitate. You'll leave each session feeling stronger, more centered, and reconnected to yourself.” Amy
“I was introduced to Eileen’s class over a year ago by a dear friend who knew I needed yoga back in my life. Eileen's ability to blend movement with thoughtful intention is what kept me coming back. Since then, her class has become a non-negotiable part of my week that I look forward to. It’s challenging, thoughtful and always exactly what I didn’t know I needed. I can enter the studio in any state, on or off, tired or overwhelmed and I always leave feeling clearer, stronger and grounded. She always meets me where I am at - even through a major, mid-life career change!” Meghan
